Throughout the month of January, I participated in a month-long intensive at the Margie Haber Acting Studio. We met twice a week from 6-11pm and learned the ins and outs of on-camera acting and auditioning. For each class, we were given a new TV/Film audition “slice” that we were expected to rehearse and prepare with. Each class was treated as if we were auditioning with the given “slice.” My instructor was the incredible Natalia Castellanos. Natalia gave our class invaluable information, tips, advice, skill and training that have truly changed the way I approach auditioning and my work in-front of the camera. This intensive was an amazing way to start off 2020 and had such a positive impact on my career as an actor. I have continued attending the intermediate on-going classes and I am enjoying every minute of it!
